2. Why don’t you get asked for a shipping address when I checkout?

All products are handled digitally. E-books & vendors are digitally downloadable PDFs, all branding services are arranged and delivered via email, and coaching services are booked online and done over the phone. 


3. What is your refund/exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds. All sales are finals. If you have any issues, with your products, please email us & we'll assist you promptly.

4. How do I receive my purchase?

It is emailed to you automatically upon purchase. If you haven't received it, please email us at info@theefemaleguide.com for us to resend it manually.
